      为了分析干旱胁迫下赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)和黑比诺(Pinot Noir)幼苗内源激素的变化规律。以欧亚种酿酒葡萄赤霞珠和黑比诺为试材,用HPLC法测定了水分胁迫下葡萄幼苗叶片中的脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)和生长素(IAA)含量的变化。与正常灌水(对照)相比,在水分胁迫条件下,赤霞珠幼苗叶片中ABA含量升高,GA含量降低,IAA含量呈“先下降,后上升,再下降”的趋势;黑比诺叶片ABA含量呈“先降后升”的变化,GA和IAA含量呈持续下降的趋势;赤霞珠叶片ABA、ABA/GA含量上升幅度均较黑比诺大。赤霞珠抗旱性比黑比诺强。
英文摘要:
      In order to analyze the law of the changes of Endogenous Hormone of Cabernet Sauvignon & Pinot Noir under water stress.Under water stress condition the content of ABA、GA、IAA of Cabernet Sauvignon & Pinot Noir were determined by using HPLC.With comparison of natural irrigation the results indicated as below:Water stress could increase ABA content of Cabernet Sauvignon leaf and decrease GA content whereas the content of IAA shows decreasing firstly and then increasing decreasing finally.During the course of water stress the content of ABA shows drops firstly and then rises in the Pinot Noir when GA and IAA decreased. What’s more the increasing line of ABA ABA/GA in Cabernet Sauvignon is higher than that in the Pinot Noir.In conclusion the nature of resistance against drought in Cabernet Sauvignon is higher than that in the Pinot Noir.
