| 对从病死锦鲤(Cypr inus carp io L. )肝组织中分离的2株菌(编号: HC050630D- 1HC050630D- 2)进行了形态特征、理化特性、药物敏感性及对健康鲤鱼的致病作用等方面的检验; 测定了HC050630D- 1株菌的16S rRNA基因序列, 构建了系统发育树。结果表明, 2株被检菌为琼氏不动杆菌(A cinetobacter junii) , 对健康鲤鱼未呈现明显致病作用; 所测菌株的16S rRNA 基因序列长度1 450 bp, 在GenBank中登录号为EF669479, 菌株16S rRNA基因序列GenBank数据库中不动杆菌属细菌的16S rRNA基因序列同源性为99%; 药敏试验结果显示对供试的头孢拉啶等21种药物呈现高度敏感或敏感, 对头孢他啶等7种呈低度敏感, 对青霉素G等9种耐药。

| Two strains （ HC050630D - 1 and HCO50630D - 2） isolated from the liver of diseased （ or dead） ornamental carp were examined, including morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, pathogenicity to healthy carp and antibiotic sensitivity ; in addition, the 16S rRNA gene of HC050630D - 1 were sequenced, molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed. The results showed that the two examined strains were identified as Acinetobacter junii and have no pathogenicity to healthy carp;the length of the 16S rRNA gene sequence of examined strain is 1 450 bp, database accession numbers in NCBI is EF669479, and the similarity of the 16S rRNA gene sequence of examined strain with the 16S rRNA gene of Acinetobacter from GenBank database is 99% ; the antibiotic sensitivity using 37 antimicrobial agents showed that isolates were sensitive highly or sensitive to 21 agents including cephradine, sensitive slightly to 7 agents including ceftazidime, resistant to 9 agents including penicillin G. |
