摘    要: 通过20个随机引物的PCR扩增结果,得到了桑属12个种和2个变种的RAPD指纹图谱,在桑属植物中表现了丰富的RAPD多态性。根据扩增结果,计算了12个种和2个变种的Nei氏相似系数和遗传距离,建立了它们的UPGMA系统树。结果表明,川桑与其它种的亲缘关系最远,是分化较为独特的桑种之一。在UPGMA系统树上由结合线L#-2所划分的桑种类群与传统的形态分类基本一致。结合传统分类对系统树上的聚类结果进行了讨论。

Abstract:RAPDs were used to study relationships among species in Morus L,. 14 operational taxonomic units (OTUs), including 12 species and 2 varieties in Mours L., were examined with 20 random 10 mer primers.238 polymorphic RAPD bands were generated. Based on the data obtained, dendrogram was constructed using Nei's genetic similarity values and UPGMA program. M. notabilis Schneid positioned in the dendrogram was far from other species, which suggested that M. notabilis Schneid could be a species of unique differentiation. The results of 14 OTUs divided into 10 groups by joint broken line 2(L 2) on the UPGMA dendrogram were basically identical with morphological classification. RAPDs appear to be useful for systematic studies on Morus L.
