中文摘要:毛白杨木材的疏水性经热处理后发生改变,探索其规律可扩大应用范围。将毛白杨木材在180℃中处理1~4 h后,进行接触角测定、FTIR分析、表面粗糙度测量和SEM观察。结果表明:接触角与处理时间相关性显著,热处理4 h后接触角达125°;亲水官能团吸光度下降,羟基和羰基吸光度在未处理时为1.92和0.84,处理4 h后分别降至0.75和0.62;表面形成炭化层,产生细微颗粒使木材表面疏水。可见,毛白杨经蒸汽热处理后疏水,可用于耐潮性要求较强的场所。

Abstract:The hydrophobic performance of Chinese white poplar wood was changed by steam heat treatment, so exploring the rule can expand its application scope. Contact angle measurement, FTIR analysis, surface roughness measurement and SEM observation were performed on the heated samples after heat treatments at 180 ℃ for 1-4 h. The results showed that contact angle and the duration of heat treatment were significant correlation, contact angle reached to 125 ° after heat treatment for 4 h; absorbance of hydrophilic functional groups decreased, hydroxyl and carbonyl absorbance was 1.92 and 0.84 of the untreated samples respectively, and then decreased to 0.75 and 0.62 after heat treatment for 4 h; the formation of the charring layer surface and the occurring of fine particles made the wood surface hydrophobic. Chinese white poplar wood with steam heat treatment can be used for the places requiring higher moisture resistance.
