中文摘要:为解析芝麻群体冠层结构和功能特性,揭示产量形成的生理生态机制,为芝麻高产栽培提供理论依据,以‘豫芝11’、‘郑芝98N09’和‘大粒杂’为供试品种,对其群体冠层结构参数、光合生理及产量指标进行测定分析。结果表明:从初花期到成熟期,‘大粒杂’的平均叶倾角(MLA)大于‘豫芝11’和‘郑芝98N09’,‘大粒杂’的冠层开度(DIFN)始终高于其他2个品种;现蕾期到成熟期光合速率最高。相对于‘大粒杂’和‘郑芝98N09’,‘豫芝11’在盛花期叶面积指数(LAI)最高,冠层开度最小,利于光截获和光能利用。对产量构成因素进行分析,发现在测试的3个品种中,‘豫芝11’产量最高,‘大粒杂’虽然千粒质量较高,但因单株蒴数过少,产量显著低于‘豫芝11’和‘郑芝98N09’。本试验条件下,‘豫芝11’和‘郑芝98N09’冠层结构适宜、群体光分布合理,利于芝麻高产。

Canopy Structure and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Different Sesame Cultivars
Abstract:In order to analyze population canopy structure and functional properties and reveal the physiological and ecological mechanism of yield formation in sesame,three cultivars of ‘Yuzhi 11’,‘Zhengzhi 98N09’ and ‘Daliza’ were used in this study.The parameters of canopy structure,photosynthetic and physiological indexes and the yield of the said three cultivars were investigated.The results indicated that mean of leaf angle (MLA) in ‘Daliza’ was larger than those of ‘Yuzhi 11’ and ‘Zhengzhi 98N09’,respectively from the early flowering stage to mature stage.Meanwhile,the diffuse non-interceptance (DIFN) of canopy in ‘Daliza’ was consistently higher than the other two cultivars.The photosynthesis rate of ‘Daliza’was the highest from budding stage to mature stage.Compared with ‘Zhengzhi 98N09’ and ‘Daliza’,‘Yuzhi 11’ showed the highest leaf area index (LAI) and the lowest DIFN,which would help for light capture and energy utilization.The yield components analysis showed that ‘Yuzhi 11’ had the highest yield among the three cultivars.Even though ‘Daliza’ showed the highest thousand seed mass,the yield was significantly lower than ‘Yuzhi 11’ and ‘Zhengzhi 98N09’ because of the lowest capsule number per plant.Under experimental conditions,the canopy structure and the light distribution in the populations of ‘Yuzhi 11’ and ‘Zhengzhi 98N09’ were coordinated and laid foundation for high yield potential in sesame.
