aking Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort as raw material, the extraction process of polysaccharide from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort was studied by using water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the optimum extraction condition was as follows: particle size was 60 mesh, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, extraction time was 1.5 h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶14, extracting for 2 times, the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort could up to 3.72%. |
