摘    要:以5年生石刁柏(Asparagusofficinalis)Marywashington500雌雄植株幼嫩茎尖为材料,分别用清水、1000×10-6IAA、BA、KT和GA3浸渍48h,分析过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶酶谱差异,并对凝胶染色区带光密度扫描测量。结果表明,各处理间POD同工酶酶谱雄株均较雌株少一条带,但雄株酶活较高,4种激素处理均不同程度地抑制了POD同工酶活性。雌雌雄植株间过氧化物酶同工酶谱稳定的差异规律可以作为石刁柏早期性别鉴定的可靠依据。

Abstract:Apexes of from male and female plants of 5-year-old Mary Washington 500, an Asparagus officinalis L. Cartivar, were excised and dipped in pure water,1000×10-6 IAA, BA, KT, and CA3 for 48hr, respectively.The electrophores ofperoxidase isozyme showed that in every treatment,the male plant gives one band lessthan the female one, but showes a higher activity. All the 4 hormones, restrain pox ac-tivity in varying degrees. The regular differences of pox isozyme bands between maleand female plants may be used as a reliable basis in early sexual determination of As-paragus officinalis L.
