| Abstract: | In a pig farm, the Japaness B encephalitis attenuated vaccine were injected for the prevention of this disease. After the injection in 1663 piglets, various degree of eaction had occured in 137 piglets and caused 10 piglets death. On clinical and anaphylactic examination, it showed that piglet was positived about the reaction. An further analysis were made on those positive anaphylactic reaction piglets. There were existing a genetic elationship. All the positive anaphylactic piglets were the offspring of A and B boar groups. But none of the piglet had occured in the offspring of A and B hybrid. Severe reactive piglets could be relieved y immediate treatment with adrenalinum, toldrin and cortisol. |
