家畜电针麻醉的镇痛效应

摘    要:电针麻醉是家畜针刺麻醉的主要方法之一,迄今应用最为广泛。因此,家畜的电针麻醉是否确有镇痛效应,抑或单纯起电针保定作用?这是研究家畜针刺麻醉原理的前提条件。本实验应用自制的FAC81—1型家畜痛阈测定仪,测定了牛、猪、山羊三种共十五头家畜电针麻醉前后,痛阈与耐痛阈值变化的指标。结果表明:不同畜别和个体,对疼痛反应的基础阈值(包括痛阈和耐痛阈值),以及电针麻醉的镇痛效果,存在着个体差异。但是经电针后,绝大多数实验动物的痛阈和耐痛阈均有较大幅度的提高。将十五头实验动物电针前后的阈值变化进行成对t检验,电针后的痛阈较电针前的基础痛阈提高差异显著(P<0.05),电针后的耐痛阈较电针前的基础耐痛阈提高差异极其显著(P<0.001),肯定了家畜电针麻醉的镇痛效应及其临床意义。本文并对家畜针刺麻醉的有关问题进行了讨论。


THE ANALGESIC EFFECT OF ELECTRO-A CUPUNCTUR E ANAESTHESIA IN ANIMAL
Abstract:Since electro-acupuncture anaesthesia is widely used in animal surgery as the eminent part of today's animal acupuncture anaesthesia.Whether elec- tro-acupuncture causes the analgesic effect,or only causes anchor effect, that are the presuppositions for studying the principle of acupuncture analgesia, are here investigated. This experiment was carried out by Type FAC 81-1 Animal Algesimeter made in the college.By means of this instrument,the change of the pain threshold and tolerant pain threshold in fifteen animals(including cow,goat, and pig)were measured between pre- and post- electro acupuncture. The algesimeter made the potassium ions of the positive electrode move to the animal skin and cause pain. Using silicon controlled rectifier,the power output in this instrument is 10-20 times as large as the simillar old one.The instrument is appropriate for measuring pain threshold of a wide variety of animals. As shown in the practice,different animals and different bodies have different results in the base threshold of pain reaction(including pain threshold and tolerant pain threshold)and electro-acupuncture analgesia. However,the pain threshold and tolerant pain threshold in the adsolute majority of animals are reised higher between pre-and post-electro acupuncture. The change of pain threshold in 15 animals tested between pre-and post- electro acupuncture were contrasted. The pain threshold between pre- and post- electro acupuncture showed a significant difference(P<0.05),and the tolerant pain threshold showed a more significant difference(P<0.001). These findings indicate that electro-acupuncture anaesthesia may cause analgesia effect in clinical practice. Some problems concerning about animal acupunctural anaesthesia are discussed.
