工农业关系重塑与安徽农业现代化

工农业互动客观上要求这两大产业保持平衡发展。目前，安徽农业发展在产业组织变革、产业素质提升、产业结构转变和产业对外开放等方面，都大大滞后于工业发展。安徽缩小工农业发展差距的关键，是加快农业现代化进程。为此，必须重塑工农两大产业的关系，并且把握好几个基本原则:安徽尚不完全具备“以工补农”的条件，要处理好“以工促农”与“以工哺农”的关系，加快构建工农业一体化发展的机制。 

Reshaping the Relation between Industry and Agriculture and Agricultural Modernization in Anhui Province

Industry and agriculture interaction requirements objectively this two industries to maintain harmonious development.At present,agricultural development are greatly lagging behind industrial development in the aspects of industrial organization,industrial quality promotion,industry structure,and industry opening to the outside world in Anhui province.Accelerating agricultural modernization process is the key for Anhui province to narrow the gap of development of industry and agriculture.For this,Anhui province must reshape the relation between industry and agriculture,and hold several basic principles,Anhui province does not have all conditions for ‘industry subsiding agricultural’,should deal with the relation between ‘to promote and develop agricultural by industry’ and ‘industry back-nurturing agricultural’,and build mechanisms of integrated development of industry and agriculture.
