机舱平台有限元计算

摘    要:采用有限元方法首先系统计算了Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型机舱主平台在不同载荷作用下的结构应力,详细论述了应力分布特点及随结构尺寸、载荷等的变化规律。然后计算了平台左、右连接方案,以及螺栓预紧力和拉杆拉力等对平台结构变形的影响,提出了合理的平台安装工艺流程。

Abstract:Structural stress of the first type and the second type engine room platform under different loads was systemicly calculated based on finite element method,characters of stress distribution and variation rule with structural dimension and loads were detailedly discussed.Then connection scheme of platform on the left side and the right side,effects of pretightening force of bolts and tensile force of pull rod on structure deformation of the platform were calculated,and reasonable installation process flow was proposed.
