柑桔叶片与种子蛋白质电泳带型分析

摘    要:本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,分析柑桔叶片和种子中可溶性蛋白质谱带。结果表明,叶龄为5~10个月的成熟叶片蛋白质谱带相对稳定;立地条件对叶片蛋白质谱带有一定的影响,但谱带的种类数不会改变;不同枝梢上成熟叶片蛋白质谱带基本一致。亲本及其杂交子代谱带相似性联合系数分析表明,在叶片蛋白质遗传中,母性遗传具有一定的优势。作者认为,柑桔叶片蛋白质电泳,可用来有效地区分合子苗与珠心苗,但不能广泛用于品种、品系鉴定;种子蛋白质电泳带型可用于种以下分类单位的鉴别。

Abstract:Soluble protein extracted from leaf and seed of citrus plant was studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.When leaf age was five to ten mounths old, the leaf protein pattern was relatively stable. Leaf protein pattern could be affected by soil condition, but in general the numble of which couldn't be changed. The protein patterns of matural leaf taken from various shoots(spring, summer and antumn shoots)had almost no difference. Leaf protein pattern could be used to seperate zygotic and nucellar progeny, and to effectively identify different species which is in Swingle systematics. Seed protein pattern may be used to distinguish different taxa below species.The analysis of the associciation coefficients of similarity between the parents and heir progeny in leaf protein pattern indicates that matroclinal inheritance is dominative in genetics.
