杀球灵对柔嫩艾美耳球虫作用的研究

本文报道了杀球灵(Diclazuril)对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫E.tenella的杀灭作用、作用峰期及停药后作用持续时间。以1ppm的推荐剂量混于饲料,分别于感染前2天、感染当天、感染后1天开始饲喂,对经口一次人工感染8×10~4/只柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊的鸡有显著的保护作用。试验鸡不出现血便、盲肠组织学检查及粘膜刮取物镜检均不见合子及卵囊,感染后2天给药则其抗球虫作用显著降低。故可认为杀球灵作用峰期是子孢子和第一代裂殖体阶段。停药后其抗球虫作用很快减弱或消失。

STUDIES ON THE ANTICOCCIDIAL EFFECT OF DICLAZURIL ON EIMERIA TENELLA IN CHICKS

This paper reports the studies on the anticoccidial effect of dicla-zuril on Eimeria tenella in chickens. The time of peak activity in the life cycle of Eimeria tenella, coccidiocidal or coccidiostatic activity and the duration of anticoccidial action affter drug withdraw were determined. Diclazuril was blended in feed at the recommended level of Ippm and initiated on day 2 before inoculation respectively. It was completly effective if medication was giving until day 1 after inoculation. Most ingested oocysts failed to develop into schizoites and no gameto-gony and oocysts were observed histologically. When drug was provided on day 3 of postinoculation the anticoccidial action was reduced and some of 2nd merozoites gamonts and oocysts were discovered, Tt is indicated that diclazuril only act on early stage of the life cycle, In another test,entire period of the stage including medication and unmedication stage the oocysts passage of chicks with diclazuril was zero. Nevertheless, it increased rapidly in chicks with clopidol on day 9 after medication was discontinued. It indicated that diclazuril has predominantly coccidiocidal action. The coccidiocidal action was reduced on day 1 after drug discontinued and almost disappeared from day 2. The results suggest that medication shouldn't discontinue during the period sensitive to coccidia in growing chicks.
