《反分裂国家法》与国家统一

《反分裂国家法》是中国大陆为推动两岸和平统一、维护台海地区和平稳定,遏制“台独”分裂势力而制定的一部专门法律,旨在为反“台独”提供法理依据。“台独”势力的发展与膨胀,是与外部势力的怂恿与支持分不开的。因此,《反分裂国家法》的影响范围远远超出了台海地区。

Anti-sec Ession Law and reunification of the motherland

Anti-secession Law will be deliberated by China's top legislature, the National People's Congress (NPC), which is for the purpose of promoting the peaceful reunification of the motherland, maintaining peace and stability in the Taiwan Straits, opposing and checking the secessionist activities of the “Taiwan independence” forces. It will provide a legal ground for opposin g and checking the “Taiwan independence”. But, in essence, the occurr ence of the “Taiwan Question” is the product of the interference by ou tside forces. The development and inflation of the “Taiwan independence”forces can not be separated from the support and agitation of the outside forces. As a result, the influence of the Anti-secession Law will overflow the two sides of the “Taiwan Straits”.
