12 种杀虫剂对桉小卷蛾的室内毒力测定

摘    要:采用浸叶法测定了12种常用杀虫剂对桉小卷蛾3龄幼虫的毒力.结果表明:阿维菌素对桉小卷蛾的毒力最大,其‰为0.040mg·L^-1;氰氟虫腙对桉小卷蛾的毒力最小,‰为469.307mg·L^-1.12种杀虫剂对桉小卷蛾的毒力表现为阿维菌素〉氯虫·噻虫啉〉毒死蜱〉乙基多杀菌素〉顺式氯氰菊酯〉氯虫苯甲酰胺〉茚虫威〉吡虫啉〉氟虫双酰胺〉杀虫双〉虫螨腈〉氰氟虫腙.以氰氟虫腙为标准药剂,桉小卷蛾对阿维菌素的敏感性最高,相对毒力指数为11732.675;氯虫·噻虫啉、毒死蜱、乙基多杀菌素、顺式氯氰菊酯、氯虫苯甲酰胺、茚虫威次之,相对毒力指数分别为1130.860、717.595、619.956、607.124、373.355、272.220;其余4种杀虫剂的相对毒力指数均小于100,其中,桉小卷蛾对虫螨腈最不敏感,相对毒力指数仅为1.160.

Toxicity test of 12 insecticides against Strepsicrates coriariae Oku

Abstract:Toxicities of 12 insecticides to the 3rd instar larvae of leaf roller ( Strepsicrates coriariae Oku) were determined by leaf dipping method. The results showed that the most sensitive insecticide was ahamectin and its LC50 value was 0.040 mg· L^-1 , while metaflnmizone had the lowest toxicity to S. coriadae and its LC50 value was 469.307 mg · L^-1. The order of toxicity of 12 insecticides to S. coriariae was ahamectin 〉 virtako 〉 chlorpyrifus 〉 spinetoram 〉 alphacypermethrin 〉 chlorantraniliprole 〉 indoxacarb 〉 imidaclopfid 〉 flubendiamide 〉 bisultap 〉 cb.lorfenapyr 〉 metaflumizone. Abamectin was the most susceptible to S. coriariae with the relative toxicity index of 11732.675, then followed by virtako, ch!orpyrifes, spinetoram, alphacypermethrin, ehlorantraniliprole and indoxaearb with the relative toxicity indexes of 1130.860, 717.595, 619.956, 607.124, 373.355 and 272.220, respectively. The other insecticides were not susceptible to S. coriariae with the relative toxicity indexes 〈 100. Especially, chlorfenapyr was the least susceptible with the relative toxicity index of only 1.160.
