天然食用色素“922黑米素”的评价与用途

摘    要:“922黑米素”是从引种筛选培育的“乌贡一号”黑米,经深加工和反复研究,以物理方法分离出来的“922黑米素”,其营养值与生理活性物质各项指标通过测定比黑米增加10倍。

Abstract:As a patent by Shanghai Agricultrual College "black rice pigment 922" was published by The Patent Office of the People's Republic of China on Feb. 22, 1995,application no. 93109627. 8. The subject of the patent is the use and making of natural edible color in black rice. It is called as a commodity name. To wildly apply the research achievements of black rice pigment 922 in the food production,the principle,new,creatiue,practical style and the future application are appraised objectively. A new ways will be find to develop black foods for improvement of human health.
