| 摘 要： | 1 我国渔业经济发展现状、特点及问题近年来,随着海洋捕捞“零增长”目标的提出,我国渔业生产改变了以往单纯追求产量、过度开发利用资源的粗放型经济增长方式,树立起经济—资源—环境之间可持续发展的新观念,渔业经济质量显著提高,渔业产业结构调整步伐日趋加快,渔业经济发展的环境大大改善。据农业部渔业局对20个重点省(区、市)的统计,2003年1～11月,全国水产品产量约达3 9×107t,同比增长4 1%;水产品市场总体平稳,大宗常规品种价格稳中有降,名优品种价格有所上升;水产品出口额48 2亿美元,同比增长15 5%,实现贸易顺差25 9亿美元,继续保持…

Facing the new tendency of development of fishery economic in the 21th century, it is very necessary to estimate the potential of fishery economic in China, which will provide theory basis for the adjustment of fishery economic of China in the near future. |
