富硒金针菇菌丝体酯酶同工酶和可溶性蛋白研究

摘    要:采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,研究了不同硒浓度对金针菇001号菌株不同生长期菌丝体酯酶同工酶活性和可溶性蛋白合成的影响。结果表明,低浓度硒可提高酶活性并促进蛋白质合成,而高浓度硒则产生抑制作用。

Abstract:The effect of different Se concentrations on the esterase isozyme activity and soluble protein synthesis of the mycelia of Flammulina velutipes 001 strain at different vegetative periods was studied with orthogonal slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that low Se concentration could increase the activity of esterase isozyme and accelerate the synthesis of soluble protein, while high Se concentration had inhibitive effect.
