珠三角地区农民收入结构及影响因素分析——以东莞市凤岗镇雁田村为例

伴随珠三角地区产业的升级与转型，富裕起来的珠三角地区的农民收入可持续性面临极大的挑战。通过对广东省东莞市凤岗镇雁田村村民的家庭收入结构进行入户调查，发现当地村民家庭收入具有如下特点：收入水平较高，但对外依赖性较大；收入结构以财产性收入为主；家庭收入水平与家庭所拥有的房屋面积呈正相关关系；村民工资性收入差距不大；人均收入水平与文化程度之间关系不明显。这种收入结构具有很明显的外源性特征，在产业升级转型的背景下，需要当地相关部门对农户收入转型及可持续性问题未雨绸缪。

Analysis of farmers' income structure and factors in pearl delta area

With the industry upgrading and transformation, it is great challenge to the household in Zhujiang district. The paper surveys the income structure of household in yantian community in Fenggang town in Dongguan city, Guangdong province and find that local household income has the characteristics as follows., the household income level is high, hut is external depend- ent~ household income structure takes the property revenue as primary~ family income level have positive relationship with family-owned house; villagers＇ wage income has little gap; per capita income level has no relationship with education. This income structure has obvious exter- nal characteristics. Under the background of industrial upgrading ~ restructuring, it is neces- sity for local department to make preparation for the issues of household income reconstruction and sustainability.
