电解水对小白菜种子发芽的影响

摘    要:针对电解水的特殊功效和电解水在叶菜栽培中应用较少的现状,为给电解水应用于小白菜等叶菜的栽培提供依据,在实验室条件下测试研究了电解水浸种处理对小白菜种子发芽的影响。结果表明,pH值是电解水影响小白菜种子发芽的重要理化指标。pH值3.30左右的酸性电解水对加快种子萌发和提高芽鲜质量有明显的促进作用;过强的酸性电解水和过强的碱性电解水则会减慢种子的发芽速度,对发芽率和芽鲜质量起到抑制作用;中性电解水对发芽势、发芽率和芽鲜质量基本没有影响。试验结果还显示:电解水浸种时间以2h左右为宜,时间过短则无法发挥电解水的作用,过长则会对种子的发芽和芽的生长产生一定的抑制作用。
