| 摘 要： | 江西是樟树之乡，乐安县牛田镇古樟群“世界罕见，全国少有”。为进一步加强乐安县古樟资源的保护和樟树资源的利用，培育、发展、壮大樟树产业，提出并阐述“科学确权定性，实行分类管理；推行市场准入，规范市场行为；培植龙头企业，扶持产业发展’’等建议。

| Abstract: | Jiangxi province is native place of camphor tree and the old camohor group of Niutian town, Lean county is rare in the world. In order to strengthen the protection and utilization of old camohor resource, cultivate and de- velop camphor industry, this paper states the suggestions of determining the ownership and performing classification management, promoting market access and standard market behavior, cultivating leading enterprise and supporting industry development. |
