丙基双氢茉莉酸酯对海棠幼苗根尖超微结构的影响

摘    要: 以生长至5~ 6 片叶的海棠根尖为材料, 用透射电子显微镜研究丙基双氢茉莉酸酯(PDJ) 处理后细胞超微结构的变化。结果显示, PDJ 处理后根尖表皮细胞的液泡增大, 细胞体积也增大, 细胞膜的亮带消失, 电子密度增大, 细胞膜相对透性增加; 第二层细胞的核大, 液泡小且数目多, 分布在整个细胞中, 细胞质浓, 线粒体多; 细胞壁上出现特化结构;根尖内部细胞结构变化不明显。讨论了上述变化对增强植物细胞的保水性、耐旱性的影响。

Abstract:The ultrastructural changes of root tip cell in midget crabapple seedling have been studied with electron microscopic method.The results showed that vacuole of treated cell with PDJ(Propyl dihydrojasmonate)was larger than that of control,membrane bright band disappeared,electron density and permeate of plasmalemma increased after PDJ treatment in epidermic cell.Bigger nuclecus,smaller and more vacuoles,more chondriosome were appeared in second layer cells compared with control.Specialized structure was seen on the cell wall in both first and second layer cells of root tip.It approved that the changes above were beneficial to draught tolerance and water utilizition for plant.
