重力式种子精选机微机控制系统的研制

本设计为单片机控制的重力式种子精选机，可对选种工艺过程进行自适应控制，并通过在线实时检测获选种子千粒重与预置的标准千粒重值进行比较，得出选种工艺过程的反馈信息，进而控制各相应调整机构驱动电机正（反）转，改变影响选种质量的各参数，以使种子质量始终保持在顶定水平。本文给出了该系统的相应软、硬件结构。

DESIGN OF AUTOADAPT CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF THE GRAVITATIONGAL SEEDS SELECTTING MACHINE

In this paper,the design,the selectting process and autoadapt controlling methods of the gravitational seeds selectting machine are described.The new machine changed the old manual adjusting method.The basic principles are that:the first step is to test the weight of 1,000 seeds,the next step is to compart with its initial parameters,and then to give the fedback information to control corresponding motor running.The paper also gives the hardware and software of the machine.
