八种金花茶植物可溶性蛋白质电泳分析及其亲缘关系初探

摘    要:用聚丙烯酸胺凝胶盘状电泳技术研究了8种金花茶植物的叶片可溶性蛋白质谱带,并根据蛋白质谱带的相似值进行了模糊聚类分析,初步探讨了各物种之间的亲缘关系。研究结果显示,防城金花茶与金花茶的亲缘关系最密切;弄岗金花茶与毛籽金花茶、平果金花茶与东兴金花茶两两之间也有较近的亲缘关系,而毛瓣金花茶与其它7种之间的亲缘关系较远。

Abstract:Polyacrylamide gel disc eletrophoresis was employed to analyse the solubleprotein patterns of leaves of eight yellow camellia species. According to similarity coefficientsof the soluble protein patterns, fuzzy cluster analysis was done. The relationship among thespecies was preliminary discussed. The result indicated that C. nitldissima var. phaeopubisperma was the most close to C. nitidissima; between C. longgangensis and C. ptilospernla,and between C. pingguoensis and C. tunghillensis from another closely related group, but C.pubipetala was distantly related to other specties.
