仙人掌挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:[目的]为仙人掌植物的合理开发和综合利用提供科学依据。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法,从仙人掌中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对其进行分析。[结果]鉴定了35种化合物,主要成分为植醇(36.57%)、雪松烯(10.89%)、匙叶桉油烯醇(8.35%)、香树烯(7.24%)、石竹烯(5.90%)、棕榈酸(5.45%)、愈创木烯(3.05%)、苯乙醛(2.74%)、己醛(2.36%)等。[结论]与文献报道相比,组分和百分含量均有差别。

Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil in Opuntia dillenii by GC-MS

Abstract:[Objective] The aim of the study was to provide scientific evidence for the rational development and comprehensive utilization of Opuntia dillenii. [Method] The volatile oil was extracted from Opuntia dillenii by steam distillation.The compositions of it were separated and identified by GC-MS.[Result] Thirty-five kinds of compositions were identified among them.The relative percentages of each composition was determined by area normalization. The main constituents of it were as follows:trans-Phytol(36.57%),Himachalene(10.89%),Spathulenol(8.35%),Aromadendrene(7.24%),Caryophyllene(5.90%),Hexadecanoic acid(5.45%),Guaiene(3.05%),Phenylacetaldehyde(2.74%),Hexanal(2.36%) ect. [Conclusion] There were some difference in the component and content compared with the literature.
