| 摘 要： | 从超期借阅行为性质着手,对罚款和其他现存的超期借阅处理方式提出质疑;立足馆员与用户关系以及人本位角度,认为应有合法合理的处理方式,并提出了具有一定限度的图书资源损害赔偿观点。

| Abstract: | The paper questions the ways of treatment such as fine which are in action at the time being from the nature of the overdue borrowing.Besides,this paper has suggested some more suitable methods of punishment bases on the relation between librarians and readers,and then put forward the point-of-view that has certain extent to compensate for the breakage of book recourses. |
