楚雄市城市水土资源生态安全评价

为了调查楚雄市水土资源生态安全,运用层次分析法从自然、经济、社会因素3个方面构建楚雄市城市水土资源生态安全评价指标体系,对2003-2007年楚雄市城市水土资源生态安全值进行计算和评价,确定楚雄市城市水土资源生态安全等级。结果表明:2003-2007年楚雄市综合生态安全值介于0.545 6～0.568 6,处于第Ⅱ级,生态安全为风险级,水土资源生态系统受到较大的破坏,承载能力较低,生态环境较脆弱。其中,自然生态系统安全值占比重最大,随时间增加,其安全值先增加后降低;社会生态系统安全值占比重次之,随时间增加,其安全值呈增加趋势;经济生态系统安全值占比重最小,随时间增加,其安全值先下降后增加。由此看来,随着时间的推移,在经济与社会逐步发展的同时,生态环境质量不断下降。因此,要协调好自然、社会、经济三者的关系。

Ecological Security Evaluation of Water and Land Resources in Chuxiong City

To investigate the ecological security of land and water resources in Chuxiong,the ecological security evaluation index system of land and water resources was established by the method of AHP(analytic hierarchy process),including three aspects of nature,economy and society,and the value of land and water resources ecological safety was calculated to define the grade of ecological security of land and water resources from 2003 to 2007 in Chuxiong city.The results showed that the value of ecological safety was between 0.545 6 and 0.568 6 from 2003 to 2007,in grade Ⅱ.The ecological safety was in risk level,ecosystem of water and land resources wasdamaged to some extent,ecosystem capacity was low,and ecological environment was fragile.The ecological security value of nature system was the highest,society system was the second,while economy system was the lowest in ecosystem of water and land resources.The security value of three subsystems all changed slightly from 2003 to 2007.As time went on,the nature system security value increased at first and then decreased,while society system security value increased,economy system security value decreased at first and then increased.Thus it can be seen that the ecological environment is deteriorative along with the development of ecnomy and society.So it is necessary to coordinate development among society,economy and environment.
