蓄滞洪区蓄水模拟研究

摘    要:以天津市大黄埔洼蓄滞洪区蓄洪过程的三维动态模拟研究为例,阐述了利用ArcGIS开发蓄滞洪区三维蓄洪仿真模拟的一般原理和方法,以求对于一般的三维地形地貌的模拟具有借鉴性。利用ArcGIS9.0为开发平台,采用COM(组件对象模型)技术,结合编程语言Visual Basic对ArcGIS9.0提供的Arcscene进行了二次开发,建立了蓄洪三维演示模块。所建三维演示模块能够计算蓄滞洪区的蓄水量和淹没面积,对蓄滞洪区蓄洪调洪提供决策上的支持,弥补了传统的二维可视化的局限性。

Abstract:This paper describes the theory and method of 3D simulation of water dynamics in flood retention basins based on Arc GIS with case study of the Dahuangpu Flood Retention basin in Tianjin, which has reference effect for 3D simulation of ordinary topography. A 3D simulation module of the flood retention basin is established through using Arc/Info 9. 0 platform, and COM technology, and developing computer program for Arcscene of ArcGIS9. 0 using Visual Basic. The 3D module can calculate the water storage capacity, flood inundation area and remedy the limitation of traditional 2D visualizatiop. This module can also offer the decision support for flood control in flood retention basins.
