水溶黏着剂色板的田间诱虫试验

目的]了解水溶性黏着剂色板的田间诱虫效果。方法]利用以羧甲基纤维素钠和甘油为主要原料配制的水溶性胶黏着剂制作了黄、蓝、绿3种粘板,以不加糖醋蒜液诱虫剂的粘板为对照,在蔬菜保护地进行田间诱虫试验。结果]水溶性胶黏着剂色板对蔬菜保护地蚜总科害虫(Aphidoidea)、葱蓟马(Thrips tabaci Lindeman)、韭蛆成虫(Bradysia odoriphaga Yanget Zhang)等有很好的诱杀作用,添加葱蒜提取物后对葱蓟马的诱杀效果更好。但水溶性黏着剂由于粘附力量略小,其诱杀害虫效果不如机油黏着剂。在该试验条件下蓝板与黄板对葱蓟马的诱杀效果差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论]水溶性黏着剂在蔬菜保护地微小害虫防治中很有应用价值。

Field Experiment on Inducing Insect by Colorful Plate with Water-soluble

Objective] The aim was to know about the effect of colorful plate with water-soluble adhesive on inducing insect in field.Method] Three sticky plates of yellow,blue and green were made out by water-soluble adhesive agent prepared with carboxymethylcellulose sodium and glycerin as main raw materials.With sticky plate without insect attractant sweet-sour garlic liquid as CK,the field experiment on inducing insect was conducted in vegetable-protective land.Result] The colorful plates with water-soluble adhesive had very good trapping and killing action on Aphidoidea,Thrips tabaci Lindeman and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang,etc.,in vegetable-protective.Its combination with onion and garlic extracts had better trapping and killing effect on T.tabaci.But the pest trapping and killing effect of the colorful plates with water-soluble adhesive,because of its little adhesion force,was no better than that of oil adhesive agent.Under the experimental condition,the trapping and killing effects of blue and yellow plates on T.tabaci had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion] Water-soluble adhesive agent had important application value on controlling micro and small pests in vegetable-protective land.
