超临界CO_2萃取技术精制葡萄籽油最佳工艺的研究

摘    要:利用超临界CO2萃取技术对葡萄籽毛油进行精制,克服了传统的制取葡萄籽油方法中工艺复杂、存在溶剂残留及在精炼过程中影响产品品质等不足。研究结果表明,超临界CO2萃取技术精制葡萄籽油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力25MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间1.5h。该法工艺简单,操作方便,制取的葡萄籽油纯度高、品质好、色泽淡黄透明、气味清香纯正。

Abstract:The refinement technics of grape seed crude oil by the technology of supercritical CO2 extraction(SFE-CO2) had been studied.It conquered the disadvantages of complex process,remnant of impregnant,and the influence to the oil by the traditional processing.The results showed that the optimal condition to refine grape-seed crude oil by SFE-CO2 was extraction pressure 25Mpa,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 1.5h.The new technology was easy handled,and the refined-oil was good in quality,colour and scen...
