中草药对奶牛常见病原菌的体外抑菌试验

采用琼脂扩散法(打孔法),选择白头翁、夏枯草、黄柏、乌梅、鱼腥草等16种中草药煎剂和复方制剂对从病牛分离出的4种主要致病菌进行了体外抑菌试验,结果发现,乌梅、黄连、白头翁、诃子、黄芩等的综合效果好,8个复方制剂除复方2和复方3对大肠杆菌无抑菌作用,其余均敏感.为中草药防治奶牛常见病的科学配方筛选提供了依据.

Bacteriostatic Test of Body External of the Chinese Herbal Medicine to the Common Pathogenic Bacteria of Milk Cow

Adopting the agar proliferation method,16 kinds Chinese herbal medicine fried including the radix pulsatillae,the spica prunellae,the cortex phellodendri,the smoked plum,the herba houttuyniae etc and the compound products to 4 kinds mainly pathogenic bacteria separating from the disease cow to bacteriostatic test of body external is done.The result shows that the smoked plum,the rhizoma coptidis,the radix pulsatillae,the medicine terminalia fruit,the radix scutellariae etc synthesize effect is good.8 compound products except compound 2 and 3 to E.colis have no bacteriostatic function,the rest are all the sensitive.Thus,it provides the basis for selecting Chinese herbal medicine to prevent and cure milk cow of the common disease.
