摘    要:测定了 2 种生态型甜瓜幼苗在不同土壤湿度条件下部分生化特性指标的变化。结果表明:随土壤湿度降低,薄皮甜瓜华南 108 叶片细胞膜完整性和类胡萝卜素含量降低,可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量先降后升,脯氨酸含量及 POD 活力先升后降;厚皮甜瓜黄河蜜叶片的膜透性、POD 活性、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均先降后升,脯氨酸与可溶性蛋白含量先升后降。缓慢胁迫条件下二品种的各生化指标值都较高,其中华南 108 叶片 POD 活性和色素含量显著高于黄河蜜。

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical characteristics of two ecotypes of Cucumis melo L. under different soil moisture were detected. The results showed that with increasing of the soil moisture, the membrane permeability of Huanan 108 decreased, while that of Huanghemi decreased at first and then increased. The changing trends of proline content were the same in both varieties. Under light water-stress condition Huanghemi showed higher soluble protein content than Huanan 108. The activity of POD under light water-stress reached the highest both for Huanan 108 and Huanghemi. Photosynthetic pigments for the two cultivars increased under serious water-stress. The photosynthetic pigments content and POD activity of Huanan108 were higher than Huanghemi.
