蓖麻籽水提物对玉米小斑病菌的毒力测定

摘    要:采用生长速率法测定了蓖麻籽水提物对玉米小斑病菌的生物活性,其中24h、48h和96h的回归方程分别为y=1.9411x+3.9668、y=1.7066x+3.9478和y=1.574x+4.0908,EC50分别为3.4、3.6和4.1mg/mL。结果表明,该提取物对玉米小斑病菌活性有明显的抑制作用,且随着时间的推移,抑制效果逐渐减小。

Abstract:Toxicity of water extraction of castor bean shell to bipolaris maydis was measured using plate growth rate method. The regression equation is y=1.941 1x 3.968 8, y=1.706 6x 3.957 8 and y=1.574x 4.090 8 and the EC50 is 3.4, 3.6 and 4.1 mg/ml at 24h, 48h and 96h. The results showed that the effect is very notable and it becomes weak as the time goes.
