| 摘 要： | 针对黑龙江省森工企业进行股份制改制的发展趋势，对黑龙江省森工集团的物质资源和人力资源逐一进行分析归纳，提出了由传统模式向现代股份制模式转变的思路，为确立现代林业股份制奠定基础。
