摘    要:试验通过棉花连作定点微区试验研究了棉花长期连作和活性炭处理后棉田土壤酶活性的变化.结果表明:棉花连作影响土壤酶活性的变化,随着棉花连作年限的增加棉田土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性降低,多酚氧化酶活性呈先降低后又升高的趋势.连作棉田土壤中加入活性炭土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性比未加活性炭的处理有不同程度的升高,说明活性炭可吸附根系分泌物中的化感物质,从而缓解了根系分泌物的害毒作用.

Abstract:Soil enzyme activities were studied in long continnous cropping cotton field and activated charcoal through cotton continuous cropping point trial.The results showed that activities of soil Uraes,Invertase and Catalase were decreased with the increase of years of cotton continuous cropping,but Polyphenol oxidase activity tended to be decreased and then enhanced.Activities of soil Uraes,Invertase,Catalase and Polyphenol oxidase increased with interpolation of activated charcoal into cotton field soil,which showed that activated charcoal could absorb allelopathic chemicals of root exudates,and release the toxic function of root secrete.
