病毒对番茄花药中游离脯氨酸含量及花粉萌发率的影响

摘    要:染病毒番茄植株与健康植株相比,在花药中游离脯氨酸含量和花粉萌发率方面存在着明显的差异。病株花药发育过程中游离脯氨酸的积累开始的晚,并且任一花药发育时期花药中的游离脯氨酸含量均比同一时期健康植株低。开花后0~3d中病株的花粉萌发率也比同期健康植株的低。本研究结果从生理生化上反映了番茄感染病毒后发生的病理变化状况。

Abstract:The virosis plants and health plants of tomato diffend marketlly in the the proline content of anther and in the pollen germination rate. tbe accumulation of be proline in anther was late in the virosis plants than that of bealth plants. the free proline contents of anther in virosis plants were lower than those of health plants at the same time of anther development. the pollen germination rates of virosis plants were also lower than those of bealth plants at the same time 0~3 day after bloom. these results showed pawtly the patologic change of virosis tomato in physioloy and biochendstry.
