水杨酸浸球处理对百合生长发育的影响

摘    要:以亚洲百合“精粹”和“普瑞头”为试材研究SA浸球对百合生长发育的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度SA处理可提高“精粹”和“普瑞头”鳞茎的萌发率,5mmol·L^-1SA处理效果最佳,百合鳞茎萌发率随着SA浸球时间的增长而升高,SA处理6h的鳞茎萌发率较高,5mmol·L^-1SA浸球处理也可提高百合鳞茎的周径和鲜重,表明SA处理可以促进百合鳞茎的生长发育。

Abstract:Experiment with bulblet of Asiatic hybrids"Prato"and"Elite", the effect of exerting salicylic acid treatment on bulb growth and development was studied.It made clear that dipping the bulblet into 5 mmol·L^-1 SA before planting was benefit to bulb germination.The bulb germination percentage treated with 6 hours was high.Treated with 5 mmol·L^-1 salicylic acid, the diameter and weight of bulb increased. The SA was benefit to development of lily bulb.
