| 摘 要： | 本文就四段绝热、段间冷激式甲醇合成塔建立了拟均相一维模型.利用该数学模型在电子计算机上进行了模拟试验.试验中,保持处理的物料量不变,改变各段进口温度,即变化冷激分率,获得了各种不同的床层温度、浓度分布及甲醇产量.在此试验的基础上,确定了产量与各段进口温度间的关联式,即甲醇产量模型.
