摘    要:国外玉米种质的引进、利用与改良是我国玉米杂交育种不可缺少的重要环节,也是育种成败的关键.选用从欧洲引进的21个玉米杂交种,在经过产量比较鉴定和农艺性状综合评判后,选取其中的BC8241H1作为选系基础材料,选育出了优良玉米自交系南21-3,并组配育成了5个优良玉米杂交种供我国西南山区推广应用.针对南21-3部分性状的缺陷,分别导入Tuxpeno、Lancaster和Reid种质对该系实施改良,并选育出了系列改良系.实践证明,BC8241Ht这份欧洲玉米种质是优良的,利用改良的效果也是明显的。

Abstract:The introduction,utilization and improvement of the foreign corn germplasm are important taches in maize cross breeding of our country,and they are also the key to success or failure on our breeding.We introduced21corn crosses from Europe in1973.After passing the comparison trial of their yield and the synthetic evaluation of their agronomic traits,we chose that the named BC8241Ht hybrid of them was regarded as the basic material to select bredline,we bred elite inbred Nan21 - 3from one,and combined out 5maize hybrids with Nan21 - 3regarded as one of cross parents,these hybrids were popularized and applied at the mountain area of Southwest in China.In order to improve Nan21 - 3being a little defect in some traits,we introduced Tuxpeno,Lancaster and Reid germplasm to Nan21 - 3separately.By the way of introducing the other germplasm,we created a series of bredlines being improved with Nan21 - 3.Selecting practice proved the Europe maize germplasm BC8241Ht is an excellent maize breeding resource,and it was also obvious with the effect of it used and improved by us.
