摘    要:对3种保鲜液:水杨酸25 mg/L;蔗糖3% 8-羟基喹啉150 mg/L 柠檬酸250 mg/L 水杨酸25 mg/L;蔗糖3% 硝酸银50 mg/L 柠檬酸250 mg/L 水杨酸25 mg/L对香石竹鲜切花寿命进行了初步研究。结果表明:蔗糖3% 8-羟基喹啉150 mg/L 柠檬酸250 mg/L 水杨酸25 mg/L比其他处理有明显保鲜效果,抑菌效果好,延长了切花瓶插寿命9 d,是香石竹较理想的保鲜液。

Abstract:The article studied the effects of 3 preservatives on the vase life of carnation.The 3 preservatives were salicylic acid(SA) 25 mg/L,sucrose 3% 8-HQ150 mg/L citric acid(CA) 250 mg/L SA 25 mg/L,and sucrose 3% AgNO3 50 mg/L CA 250 mg/L.The result showed that the preservative of sucrose 3% 8-HQ150 mg/L citric acid(CA) 250 mg/L SA 25 mg/L was the best in all medicaments.It delayed senescence of cut carnation,extended 9 days life of cut carnation and controlled some bacteria and fungi.
