气吸式排种装置吸种孔的气流场分析——基于ANSYS

摘    要:为了研究气吸式免耕播种机吸种圆盘不同孔型和不同孔径对吸种性能的影响,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对直孔、锥孔和倒角孔3种不同的孔型和不同孔径的气流场进行了有限元分析,获得了不同孔型气流速度的比较和气流随孔径大小而变化的规律,为吸种圆盘的设计提供了依据。
