基于ADAMS的农用挖掘机工作装置的动力学仿真

摘    要:为了进一步提高农用挖掘机性能,降低生产成本,以农用挖掘机工作装置为研究对象,在Pro/Engineer中建立了三维模型,将模型导入到ADAMS中建立了挖掘机工作装置的虚拟样机。对其进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了在动臂受力最大的工况下,挖掘机进行转斗挖掘时动臂上4个铰接点受力的变化规律曲线,分析结果为进行动臂的有限元分析提供了依据。
