| 摘 要： | 针对传统的树木药物注射器械存在的操作复杂费力、药量不能精确控制、效率低等问题,提出了一种基于PIC单片机控制的步进电机注射系统,达到对树木进行精量药物注射的目的。该系统采用PIC18F458作为微处理器控制芯片,利用步进电机驱动丝杆运动,完成药物的提取与注射;系统设置有显示系统与按键系统等人机交互界面,从而实现定时、定量、定速地完成注射任务。实验结果表明,系统具有良好的实用性和性价比,具有很好的推广前景。
