联合收获机后不落地打捆装置的设计与试验

摘    要:为了解决联合收获机收后秸秆直接打捆问题,在现有的圆捆打捆机的基础上,对相应的工作单元进行了改进设计,开发了联合收获机后不落地打捆装置;同时,介绍了该机的总体结构和工作过程,并对打捆部件的选择、动力选择、传动系统的设计、联合收获配置与挂接方式以及喂料与绕绳机构进行了详细分析。田间试验表明:该机工作安全可靠,打捆率达到了98%,规则捆包率为95%,草捆密度达到172kg/m3。
