压捆机出料口尺寸高度变化对压缩力的影响

摘    要:苜蓿草在压缩过程中出料口尺寸高度变化对压缩功耗、压缩密度以及草捆质量等均有很大影响。为了得出苜蓿草在压缩过程中压缩力变化规律,采用LABview测试技术,在相同喂入量下,选择出料口尺寸高度为试验因素,对苜蓿草压缩力进行测试研究,获得了出料口尺寸高度对苜蓿草压缩力的影响规律,并给出了压缩力的线性关系曲线。结果表明,出料口尺寸高度变化对压缩力影响显著,并呈指数关系。
