镰刀菌图像识别系统的研究与开发

摘    要:镰刀菌是导致多种农林植物病害的病原,对人类和牲畜也有极大的危害。为此,根据镰刀菌显微图像的独特特征,应用模板向量的边缘检测、形态学边缘检测和特征点匹配提取等方法,设计实现了镰刀菌图像识别系统,为镰刀菌的鉴定提供了一定的理论与实验依据。

Abstract:Fusarium is to cause a variety of agricultural and forest plant disease pathogens to humans and livestock,great harm.According to fusarium microscopic images of unique characteristics,designed and implemented fusarium image recognition system by applying template vector edge detection,morphology edge detection,feature extraction.It provided some fundamental theory and experiment for the identification of fusarium.
