摘    要:[目的]测定羟甲香豆素的油水分配系数。[方法]建立羟甲香豆素的紫外含量测定方法,采用摇瓶法,正辛醇-水系统测定羟甲香豆素的油水分配系数。[结果]标准曲线在0~30μg/ml浓度范围内,浓度与吸光度的线性关系良好,平均回收率为(100.263±2.918)%,RSD为2.91%(n=3),测定的羟甲香豆素油水分配系数为17.6567。[结论]该方法可作为羟甲香豆素油水分配系数的测定方法。

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to determine oil-water partition coefficient of hymecromone.[Method]UV content determination method of hymecromone was established.Using shake-flask method,octanol-water system was used to determine oil-water partition coefficient of hymecromone.[Result] Calibration curve was linear in the range of 0-30 μg/ml,the average recovery was (100.263±2.918)%,with RSD of 2.91% (n=3).The determined oil-water partition coefficient of hymecromone was 17.656 7.[Conclusion]The method can be used for the oil-water partition coefficient determination of hymecromone.
