新疆棉花高速发展的问题及对策

８０年代新疆棉花生产发展一直缓慢。进入９０年代后，棉田面积、单产、总产成倍增长。在全国植棉省区中，新疆率先实现了“九个第一”跻身于全国棉花生产的先进行列。到本世纪末棉花总产将达到１５０×１０４ｔ，占全国总产的３０％．在高速发展中也存在不少问题，必须科学地解决，才能使新疆棉花健康、持续向前发展。
