棉花加工自动计量控制系统

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的准静态智能测控系统。它可以对连续、质轻的蓬松状物料进行准确地计量和控制。从理论分析到实际应用,详细论述了如何采用最优控制方法和软件编程技巧,将动态信号变为准静态进行在线测量。该系统操作方便、修改参数灵活、抗干扰能力强,可以自动补偿系统误差和诊断外设故障。因此,具有较高的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract:The papef introduces a new kind of quasi-static state intelligent weighing and control System,It can weigh out and control lighty and fluffymaterial which is carried continuously.From theory to application,it discusses in detail how to use optimal control methods and software programming skill to measure on line,using the method which changes dynamic signals to quasi-static state ones.This instrument is convenient in operation,flexible in changing parameter and strong in anti-interference.It can compensate system error automatically and diagnosis periphery fault.So it has higher practical and popular value.
