| Abstract: | The feasibility of introducing the apple crop,Malus pumila,into Hunan Province is expounded. It is believed that the climatic and soil conditions herein are fit for apple to grow,although the mean air temperature in the coldest month of a year affects the growth in a cert-ain degree.The technical essentials are also discussed in the paper. |
